MVME147SRF is a double-height 6U VME single board computer built around Motorola MC68030 32-bit microprocessor operating at 16MHz, matched with MC68882 floating-point coprocessor to support complex floating-point algorithm computation. As a special rugged filtered version of the standard MVME147 series, the SRF model adopts optimized hardware filtering circuit and enhanced conformal coating process to improve signal-to-noise ratio and anti-EMI capability, suitable for dense VME chassis with severe electromagnetic interference.
The board integrates parity-protected shared DRAM, battery-backed SRAM non-volatile memory and multi-ROM storage sockets. It carries dual EIA-232-D/422 serial ports, 10Base-T Ethernet, DMA-enabled SCSI-2 storage interface, Centronics parallel port and four independent IndustryPack mezzanine expansion slots for analog/digital I/O modules.
Onboard integrated ASIC provides dual tick timers, hardware watchdog auto-reset circuit, battery-powered real-time clock and calendar, 4-level VME bus requester and 7-level maskable interrupt controller. It fully supports VMEbus Rev B/C/D A32/D32 master-slave dual operation, and can act as VME system controller coordinating with auxiliary I/O boards such as MVME705B.
Compatible with VxWorks, pSOS and other classic real-time operating systems, widely deployed as main control unit for thermal power, petrochemical DCS, aerospace ATE and railway signal interlock cabinets.
